Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through Artha at arthaspace.com. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing to any paid plan.

1. Subscription Plans

Artha offers subscription-based access to premium features. Subscriptions may be available on monthly or annual billing cycles. Details of each plan and its features are available on our Pricing page.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made for Artha subscriptions are non-refundable. Once a subscription payment has been processed, we do not offer refunds — whether partial or full — for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Unused subscription period
  • Dissatisfaction with the Service
  • Accidental or duplicate purchases
  • Failure to cancel before renewal
  • Changes in personal circumstances

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page in the dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles
  • No prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining period
  • You will retain access to premium features until the subscription expires

4. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will send a reminder email before each renewal.

5. Free Trial (If Applicable)

If we offer a free trial period, you will not be charged until the trial expires. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.

6. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances — such as a billing error on our part or a service outage lasting more than 7 consecutive days — we may, at our sole discretion, issue a credit or refund. To request consideration, contact us within 7 days of the issue at hello@arthaspace.com.

7. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your credit/debit card details or bank account information on our servers. All payment data is handled by Razorpay in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
