At Artha ("we", "our", "us"), we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our website at arthaspace.com and associated services (the "Service").

  • Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name and email address via Google OAuth or Magic Link authentication.
  • Financial data: Information you voluntarily enter about your holdings — stocks, mutual funds, fixed deposits, loans, provident funds, gold, and other assets. This data is stored securely in our database and is only accessible to you.
  • Usage data: We collect anonymous analytics data (via Simple Analytics) such as page views and general usage patterns. This data does not include personally identifiable information.

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Display your portfolio, compute net worth, and generate financial insights
  • Fetch real-time market prices for your holdings
  • Send important service-related communications (e.g., security alerts, subscription updates)

Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security enabled. Each user's data is isolated by their unique user ID. All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.

We do not store your Google account password. Authentication is handled entirely through Supabase Auth with OAuth tokens.

We use essential cookies only for authentication (session management via Supabase). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Simple Analytics operates without cookies.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data will be permanently removed from our databases within 30 days.

You have the right to:

  • Access: View all personal data we hold about you
  • Correction: Update or correct inaccurate data
  • Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data
  • Export: Request a copy of your data in a portable format

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account inside the app. For any other request, contact us at hello@arthaspace.com.

The Service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
